Ingredients

    1 cup butter browned, cooled, and re-solidified (i dump it in a bowl from the pan and pop it in the freezer for a few mins)
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    3 cups of flour
    3/4 tsp salt. Kosher salt if you have it.
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup milk chocolate chips


Directions

Brown butter until dark brown flakes begin to form. Cool immediately until re-solidified (either put it in the freezer or put it in a bowl that is sitting inside another bowl full of ice).
After butter is semi-solid, add both sugars and cream.
Add 2 eggs and vanilla and mix for 4 minutes. The 4 minutes is crucial. Don't skip this.
Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Form cookies into balls with your hands. Place on baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the tops being to crack.
