An improved and more flavorful version of my "Tuna Waldorf Salad with Pear". The Greek yogurt really makes the salad fresher and lighter. Ingredients

Tuna Canned, in water, 1 can=5oz
Pears, fresh, 1 medium pear, cut
Onions, raw, 1/4 cup chopped
Celery, raw, 1/4 cup sliced
Walnuts, 1 oz ( 1/4 cup in peaces), chopped
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup
Black pepper
Directions
Makes 2 1.5-cup servings.
Drain the tuna, break it in bite-size pieces. Squeeze lemon juice over it. Add ground black pepper.
Chop onion. Chop walnuts. Cut pear in cubes. Slice celery thin.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add yogurt and mix all together.
Chill the salad before serving.

oh yeah..this was soo good....loved it....not big enough for whole family but we just doubled it.....:) the Greek yogurt really does do something special to it.:0 - 9/7/10

Well, our family is only two people so the majority of my recipes are for 2 or 4 servings. :) I'd suggest double or triple all the ingredients and there will be enough for everybody. Bon appetit!
