Ingredients

1 can light tuna, drained (50 calories a serving)
1/2 c Hummus
1 boiled egg, whites only
4 slices dill pickles
1/4 c chopped red onions
Garlic salt to taste
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated - divided
2 slices bacon
Directions
Preheat over to 375.
Mix first 6 ingredients. Split and seed bell pepper. Divide the tuna mix between the pepper halves. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes, or until cheese is toasted and tuna mix is hot through. While baking, fry bacon. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top of each pepper 5 minutes before done cooking.
