This is so easy and taste really good. I've made this two times and really enjoy it. I use an olive oil spray instead of the butter, and sprinkle alittle garlic powder on. I'm a fan of zucchine. - 1/25/09

I really love this recipe and have been making it all season. I do skip the cheese, use a little olive oil, and salt/pepper instead and make sure that I cut thick slices. I'm not joking when I say that this is my new substitute for potato chips! - 8/25/08

quick and easy. The Parmesean cheese is only 22 calories for a tblsp and it is enough to cover the zuchini. Satisfies my salt and crunch needs for the day. - 1/30/09

Its wonderful! I have always enjoyed zucchini this way. *Calorie reducing tip* I learned from a friend though is use the butter flavored cooking spray instead of oil or actual butter. It has all the taste of butter and ABSOLUTELY NO CALORIES or fat :D Great on popcorn or veggies too. - 1/18/09

This was very tasty and easy! I also used the olive oil spray and sprinkled slices with Greek seasoning before adding the cheese. I baked the zucchini slices a bit before broiling, and they weren't as mushy. I served the slices with a side of no-sugar-added marinara sauce for dipping. Yum! - 5/8/09

I make this with light virgin olive oil & used romano cheese instead. I don't use any type of butter. It's very tasty with the olive oil also. - 1/15/09

Used olive oil and added garlic powder. Be sure to slice the zucchini thinly - thick slices were too soggy. Will make it again. - 8/28/09

This recipe is quick and easy. I have lots of zucchini and yellow squash in my garden and this works well with both. Leftovers don't taste so great after being in the fridge, but it's great fresh from the oven. Thanks! - 7/16/09

I love zucchini and summer squash anyway, but this makes it even better. I have also done zucchini and summer squash with olive oil and garlic sea salt on the grill, then removed and topped with finely grated fresh parmesan. MMMM...good!! - 6/18/08

I am a certified zucchini and cheese lover. This came out surprisingly wonderful. I've been missing fried zucchini and this recipe is good enough to make me forget all about the greasy covered in bread version. Totally will make it again! - 7/2/09

this is a very tasty dish. i like to add a dash of garlic salt and pepper and some crushed red pepper flakes for some heat. i aso use shredded as opposed to grated cheese to add some texture. you can also do this with eggplant and it comes out really nicely. - 5/6/09

I am looking forward to trying this recipe. I even went through and read every comment for extra ideas! I am a huge zucchini lover but will probably try it with squash and mushrooms too! I have always loved fried zucchini done in egg and bread crumbs so this is a good way to get my zucchini fix! - 3/12/09
