2 C almonds, plain
1 1/2 T fresh rosemary
1/2 t black pepper
2 t brown sugar
1 T salt
1 T unsalted butter, softened/melted
toast almonds for about 5 minutes --
mix the rest of the ingredients together, toss toasted almonds in mixture
toast longer if you like for a more "crusty" almond, or siply serve warm as-is.
