Introduction

This recipe is the amended, lower fat version! If you are newer to raw foods, if this is the first time you´ve tried this recipe or really aren´t into eggplant put want a savory yummy treat, I recommend adding a little more oil This recipe is the amended, lower fat version! Ingredients

    3 eggplants, sliced as thinly as possible
    olive oil - 3 tbsp
    cider vinegar- .25 cup
    paprika- 2 tbsp
    cayenne- .5 tbsp

Directions

slice eggplants as thinly as humanly possible. Mix other ingredients and pour over eggplant slices to coat. Leave to marinate for 2 hours and dehydrate overnight or until desired crispiness.
