Ingredients

    2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. Sugar
    3 Tbsp. Margarine (melted)
    4 c. sliced Strawberries
    12 servings Cool Whip Lite or Fat Free

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together. On an ungreased cooking sheet, drop 12 spoonfuls on the cooking sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Slice in half, layer with strawberries. Top with Cool Whip and strawberries.

    Very Good
    Very good. I used Splenda instead of sugar and cut back tyhe butter to 2 tablespoons. - 6/7/11
