Introduction

Stuffed green bell peppers from Mom's recipe..a great Sunday meal!

Note: You can use ground beef instead of ground turkey, but the nutritional facts will be different. I find they taste just as good with the turkey.

I made this using Ives ground round soy, instead of hamburger or turkey. Turned out real good and saved on calories - 3/9/11

Very good recipe. I added 3/4 salsa, 1 tsp fresh garlic and 1/2 onion. I used ground beef because I didn't have turkey. I plan on freezing whats left and eat with vegetables. Next time I will put some jalepenos in it. - 2/15/10

This was a great recipe. I tried it and loved it so much. My husband even asked me today to make it again soon. I am going to try it tomorrow with ground chicken. - 8/30/09
