Stuffed Peppers

Introduction

Stuffed green bell peppers from Mom's recipe..a great Sunday meal!

Note: You can use ground beef instead of ground turkey, but the nutritional facts will be different. I find they taste just as good with the turkey.

  • Very good recipe. I added 3/4 salsa, 1 tsp fresh garlic and 1/2 onion. I used ground beef because I didn't have turkey. I plan on freezing whats left and eat with vegetables. Next time I will put some jalepenos in it. - 2/15/10
