Introduction

This cake is so moist that it doesn't even need frosting, but I do sprinkle on some powdered sugar when it is done.

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2/3 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add banana and applesauce and mix until blended. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Turn into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
