Ingredients

3/4 c ginger root in small pieces or crushed
juice of 6 lemons, w/some pulp [or concentrated orange juice]
sweetener to taste
mint leaves, opt
Directions
Pour 2 qts boiling water over ginger root in a non plastic container. Let rest till cool. Strain well. Add lemon juice and sweetener. Serve chilled over ice with a mint leaf.
Also great warm.
