Introduction

Ingredients

    cup pureed pumpkin
    cup non-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp honey
    tsp vanilla
    1 tsp pie spice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and viola! :) You can use Graham crackers as a spoon, but I am a little too sugar sensitive for that, sadly!
