Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I tried this, and I loved it! I also seasoned the shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning & Garlic Powder. To save even more calories- and less carbs, I used Zoodles! (Zucchini Noodles). Thanks for sharing!
This was so good-not a big spinach fan, so I subbed cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, easy to make and hard to believe it is as low calorie as it is!
Instead of regular chicken broth, I use broth that was lower on the sodium, and doubled the spinach and it was yummy.
This was very yummy. I used mozzarella cheese vs Parmesan (because I was out and it was less calories) and it came out so creamy and cheesy.. I loved it! Also subbed broccoli for spinach (because I was out and needed to eat some for my serving of cruciferous veggies). Me & the bf recommends!
