Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Instead of regular chicken broth, I use broth that was lower on the sodium, and doubled the spinach and it was yummy. Submitted by:

This was very yummy. I used mozzarella cheese vs Parmesan (because I was out and it was less calories) and it came out so creamy and cheesy.. I loved it! Also subbed broccoli for spinach (because I was out and needed to eat some for my serving of cruciferous veggies). Me & the bf recommends! Submitted by:

Made this for myself because my boys dont like shrimp. Used low sodium, organic broth & didnt add the salt.. I used Wheat Luigini noodles & fresh spinach. Was good but wont be a reg in recipe rotation since my kids hate seafood. At least I have lunches now. :) Submitted by:

Delish! I used only about 1/2 cup parmesan, and it was still yummy. The leftovers were good too! This tastes like a full-fat recipe. Submitted by:

Very good. does not need salt at all as other ingredients provide flavor. Submitted by:

Excellent recipe. No salt is needed, the ingredients have enough salt in them. Submitted by:

Just the "treat" I was looking for. Followed the recipe exact, only using fat free chicken broth. I was nervous that the cream cheese appeared curdled at first...DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! I recalculated for 4 servings using barilla plus pasta about 500. Worth saving calories for! Submitted by:
