Soooo delicious!! I use let nuts so it's less fat.
I used a bundt pan using walnuts, which are slightyl lower in calories and fat and eliminated the powdered sugar. Instead, I reserved just enough caramel and nuts to top the cooled cake. Everyone loved it.
This is delicious. low fat and low in calories. This is a special occasional treat.
