I used fiber one cereal....we really liked, so more fiber and less calories.... I left off the salt... and added more spices, poultry seasoning ...

The is a very simple and tasty recipe. I use almond flour instead of corn flakes as I cannot eat grains and omit the salt. I use Italian seasoning instead. Yum!
