I've made this TWICE!!!!!!Yummy. If you want some comfort food this is it. Fried chicken with mash potatoes and gravy. I made the mushroom gravy from fat free cream of mushroom soup. Yummy! Submitted by:

I was making this for myself so I cut the recipe in half and it turned out wonderful. I added garlic powder and some Mrs. Dash no sodium and it was better than any Chicken Parm I've had in a restaurant. I am fairly inexperienced with cooking and this was very easy. Made this recipe tonight for dinner. Was really good! Didn't have corn flakes so I used Special K (the plain kind). Was deeelish! Also added a few more spices/herbs to give it some good flavor (thyme, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic salt). Submitted by:

Instead of using the egg I use 1% milk to soak the chicken in for about 15 minutes...still just as moist, but less fat. I don't use any salt, but plenty of pepper. I also used red pepper flakes for a little kick! My family absolutly loves this recipe! Submitted by:

This is a very simple recipe to make. The chicken was very tender and juicy. I used "Special K" cerel instead of cornflakes. I also left out the Thyme and just used salt and pepper. Def will make this great recipe again! Submitted by:
