The is a very simple and tasty recipe. I use almond flour instead of corn flakes as I cannot eat grains and omit the salt. I use Italian seasoning instead. Yum! Submitted by:

I was making this for myself so I cut the recipe in half and it turned out wonderful. I added garlic powder and some Mrs. Dash no sodium and it was better than any Chicken Parm I've had in a restaurant. I am fairly inexperienced with cooking and this was very easy.
