Ingredients
6 Cups, chopped Napa cabbage1 minced garlic clove3 tbsp. chopped onion2 tbsp. sweet thai chili sauce1 tbsp. rice vinegar2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
Directions
Mix all the wet ingredients first, then add to cabbage mixture. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.

This taste better the longer it sits to marry the flavors and wilt the cabbage.
