Melt butter, add celery, onion, garlic, pepper and parsley, saute until silvery and softened. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, thyme and bay leaf. Mix well and cook about 15 minutes, add shrimp and cook until shrimp curls, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
