Seafood Newburg - My Quick & Easy Version

16 oz Imitation Crab Meat, frozen16 oz Bay Scallops, frozen16 oz Shrimp, frozen2 cups (1 jar) Ragu - Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce 1 tsp Parsley Flakes1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 tsp Black Pepper8 Large Red Potatoes, baked
Boil frozen crab meat, scallops and shrimp until thoroughly cooked, drain rinse and remove tails from all shrimp.
Mix the cooked seafood with parmesian sauce, and add spices.
Heat thoroughly and serve over baked potatoes.
