Bob's Red Mill TVP, 2 cup Labrada Lean Body Vanilla RTD, 2.5 serving Egg, fresh, 4 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp *Splenda, 10 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Costellini's Cinnamon Bliss, 2 tbsp *Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 1 serving
Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well. It will be cooked in about 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low, but you can let it go longer and it won't hurt it.
I'm guessing serving sizes here. This can also be frozen so you can make the whole thing, divide into single servings to freeze for the future. I plan to add a scoop of BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll Protein powder to this. OR BSN Syntha-6 Moccachino.
