Shanghai Fish Stew

Ingredients
6 cups shredded cabbage6 cups fat free chicken broth1T ginger root minced1T apple cider vinegar1T fish sauce1T sesame oil1T Worcestershire1T Tamari or Soy Sauce.25 t salt.25 fresh ground pepper8 ounce mushrooms chopped12-16 ounces of sole cut into bite size pieces1 cup onions chopped4 cups fresh spinach
Directions
In a large dutch oven, put in chix broth, cabbage, and next 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cover pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 minutes until fish is opaque. Serve.
