Pepper roasted chick peas

Ingredients
2 cans Chick peas (aka garbanzo beans)2 tbsp. olive oil1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cayenne pepper1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil
Drain chick peas and put them in a bowl
Add oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
Spread them out on baking sheet in one layer
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove pan and shake around to cook evenly.
Return to oven for another 20 minutes or until brown and crunchy.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
