    Great recipe!
When baking salmon you should always sear the fish to lock the pores and keep nutrients and juices inside while baking.

Step 2b) Heat a pan on high heat, drop fish in pan on each side for 15-20 seconds to seal pores. Then bake. use a spray of oil if your pan isn't 100% non-stick! - 8/13/09

This was amazing, even in the winter! ;) My bf and I both enjoyed this very much--he even THANKED me after he'd finished eating! For the record, 1 medium tomato = approx. 1 cup diced, 1/4 medium red onion = approx. 1/4 cup chopped, and one handful of cilantro = approx. 1/4 cup chopped. - 1/11/10

My husband and I had this last night. We grilled the salmon and squeezed the lime in the salsa. Fabulous! Had it cold for lunch and was just as wonderful! - 7/21/09

To make this a true summer recipe, instead of turning on the oven, place in the microwave with a cover on it. I usually cook on high for 1 minute and then on 50% for 5 or 6 minutes. - 7/17/09

I hate cilantro, so used fresh-picked chopped basil instead. Scrumptious! - 8/10/09

This was FABULOUS!!!! I used Tilapia instead of salmon; squeezed the lime juice over the fish & grilled it. Even the people at my job loved it and have asked for the recipe. - 8/19/09

cooked salmon on the grill instead, this is fabulous! So easy to make but prep time is consuming. I like to take ALL the seeds out of the tomatoes first! Still worth the effort! - 6/16/08

Put this salsa over tilapia (not a salmon fan) and it was fabulous. Easy to make and tasted great even with slight alteration (left out corn on purpose and cilantro by accident). - 7/20/09

I couldn't wait to try this and stopped by the store on the way home from work. This was a great dinner. My family really enjoyed it and I will make it again soon. Next time I will BBQ the salmon on cedar planks. - 7/18/09

Very easy to make. Tastes wonderful! I served with a bed of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice! Only around 300 calories for the whole meal! This recipe also tastes great cold over a bed of Romain lettuce! - 3/27/10

So delicious. I used yellowtail instead of salmon because it was a locally caught fish. Made for friends and everyone wanted the recipe. - 7/21/09

I love salmon, and this was a nice change from my usual recipes. The longer the salsa sits in the icebox, the better it tastes, too. Saved in my SP recipe box for repeat use in the future. - 8/16/09
