I add dry onions and shredded spinach to the mix and use egg beaters instead of whole egg - 7/16/07

I'd love to try this but I'm trying to figure out what's making the sodium so high in this recipe. One crab cake is almost half a day's allowance for sodium. The quantities of Old Bay and Worcestershire don't really have enough sodium to explain it. Am I missing something? - 5/8/09

These were great! We added some finely chopped red bell pepper for a little crunch. Celery would do the trick, too. They were very easy. We'll definitely be making these again! - 4/11/09

Delicious! I omitted the tablespoon of mustard (kept the teaspoon of dry) and added a bit of finely chopped red pepper for color and crunch. These were a big hit with my husband. Presenatable, tasty, and most importantly deceptively healthy to serve company! - 1/9/09

Delicious! Regarding the amount of sodium, I used the Recipe Calculator and found that one serving of crab has over 800 mg of sodium, so there is the culprit! - 11/8/10

Really good. Tasted like the crab cakes I get in a restaurant. - 7/4/10

The mustard was a bit overpowering so I will lower that next time and add a bit of celery for texture. - 10/27/08

yummm! Really let the crab taste shine not too much bread or other flavor. I hate green and red peppers in my crab cakes, it overpowers the taste. This recipie is perfect! - 6/26/10

I made this and found it good but a little too salty. Id recomend cutting back a bit on the old bay seasoning and the worcestershire sauce as that is my plan on my next attempt
