Tofu Veggie Stirfry

2 stalks broccoli1 medium head cauliflower2 red sweet peppers6 cloves garlic1 cup dried shitake mushrooms1 pkg firm tofuveggie brothoyster sauce
Chop all veggies into pieces. Drain tofu and cook in veggie broth. Take out of pan and add veggies and garlic. Cook in broth, adding more if necessary. Add in oyster sauce as needed. When almost done, add back in tofu just to heat back up. Serve over brown rice.
