Tempeh with spinach

Ingredients
Tempeh, 6 ozSpinach, fresh, 2 cupOnions, raw, 1 smallGarlic, 2 cloves finely choppedRadish leaves, 1 smal bunchCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop all ingredients to desired size.
Heat oil and add onion, cook until soft. Add tempeh, garlic, radish leaves, celery and peppers. Cook until soft.
Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season to taste.
Serve warm. Servings are half cup.
