This has become my go-to salmon recipe! I can easily make it while I prepare some frozen veggies and rice in the microwave - a full meal in less than fifteen minutes. - 1/1/17

So easy and good for you. I just moved and had unpacked one skillet and a knife/cutting board, and bought a new microwave. What could I cook? This was perfect, and I was so proud of myself for having a delicious and beautiful meal my first night in the new house instead of delivery pizza! - 10/17/17

Interestingly, I paired this with the brown rice and green beans almondine before even reading the recipe.
I prefer to broil mine in the oven rather than fry in a skillet. I also add a little dill. Wonderful! - 12/1/10

I didn't like how this came out. Maybe I didn't do something right but I wound up with a mass of charred icky stuff. Could quite possibly be my cooking, not the recipe at fault though. - 1/15/08
