This is really wonderful, even with me leaving the turkey out. I did the brown rice option for a quick (late!) dinner and it was even better as lunch today. The cumin/cilantro combo is great! - 4/21/09

I added some garlic. Goes together quickly and provides plenty of leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day! - 2/4/10

Really good! Did add 1/4 c. of chicken broth to keep it going as the turkey I use (93.7) is pretty dry. Could also add can of diced tomatoes. I could see traditional eaters like thing recipe and I know I did! Will become a favorite! - 11/13/09

Loved the flavors. Omitted the turkey. Delicious and filling. I used dark organic kidney beans. - 9/6/09
