Ingredients
Ingredients: Flour, white, 1 cup Corn Starch, 0.5 cupEgg, fresh, 2 extra large Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, unpacked Milk, 1%, 2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 0.3 tsp
Directions
Blend all the ingredients.
Spread PAM in a small fry pan.

Pour small amounts of the batter onto the pan (the amount depends of how thin or thick you want the pancakes). Cook them on Medium to high heat.

It makes around 12 servings of thin pancakes. Each pancake has the size of a small plate (dessert).
100 calories each and just 2 g of fat.
Serve with Maple syrup, honey or your favorite fruit.
