Ingredients
1 Tbsp light margarine2 medium stalks celery, chopped1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper1/4 cup sliced scallions(green onions)1 lb fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined1 10.75 oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom*1/2 cup waterDash of cayenne pepperDash of paprika* Cream of chicken or cream of celery may also be used.
Directions
Heat margarine in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions and cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes or until done.

Add soup, water and cayenne pepper and heat through. Sprinkle with paprika.

    To die for Easy Fast and Very Tasty I served over a bed of angel hair pasta added the aspergus and topped with parmesan cheese. I can't believe it doesn't have more calories. This will be a faborite You MUST try it. - 2/24/10
