tuna lentil rice salad

Ingredients
1 cup lentils, already cooked (1/2 c. dry)1 cup brown rice, already cooked (ditto)1 c. frozen green peas19 olives, chopped (Kalamata or green best)2 ripe tomatoes, chopped3 T. wine or cider vinegar3 T. olive oil1 small onion, chopped3 T. parsley, chopped1 clove garlic minced (or 1 t.)1/2 t. dried oregano or 1/2 T. freshblack pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients (best to combine basic ingredients to tomatoes on the list, and dressing ingredients below that, separately). Toss and chill. Serve on fresh lettuce.
