Crispy Baked Flounder1lb flounder fillets (4-4oz fillets)1/2 cup seasoned bread crumpsbutter flavor cooking sprayHomemade Tartar Sauce6T light mayo4T dill pickle relish1/2t lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400
Spray fillets lightly with cooking spray and coat with bread crumbs. Spray pan lightly with cooking spray, place fish on pan and lightly spray tops with more spray. Bake in oven for aprox 15 mins or until fich flakes easily with a fork.
While fish is baking mix mayo, pickle relish and lemon juice to make a homemade tartar sauce to serve with the fish.
Makes 4 servings, 4oz fillet with aprox 1 1/2T tartar sauce
