Peach Cobbler Muffins

Ingredients
Directions
3 cups of all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp salt3 eggshalf cup of oilhalf cup of applesauce2 cups granulated sugar2 cups chopped ripe peaches.
Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda in bowl. Seperately mix the egg, sugar, oil and applesauce. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry until just mixed, then fold in the chopped peaches.
Bake 25 minutes at 350. or until knife inserted comes out clean.
You can also do this in a loaf and bake for an hour.

sorry, I'll re-do it. I'm just getting started here and it seemed reasonable to me that Spark People would just transfer the measurements I added into the recipe calculator.
