Yummy! I used Dover Sole, added a little Old Bay Seasoning, replaced the celery salt with garlic salt, and baked it at 400 for around 15 minutes. We all loved it. - 4/2/08

This was so yummy and flavorful. I would recommend when adding the spices to "smoosh" btwn fingers first to really get the max flavor punch. My husband raved over it and asked if I made the topping or if it was something I bought at the store! Served it with brown rice and a mixed frozen veggie. - 3/1/09

This is one of my favorite recipes. Quick, easy and delicious. I don't use celery seed or celery salt, just a little thyme instead of the basil, salt and pepper. I often use garlic powder in place of onion powder because I always have it on hand. I recommend this to anyone who needs a quick meal. - 7/30/09

I thought this recipe was great! I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise so I decided not to use that and instead I mixed all of the ingredients with Italian bread crumbs and coated the fish with the mixture before broiling and then used lemon juice after it was cooked. It was delicious! - 8/20/09

Lots of flavour. Served with a simple mushroom risotto for a healthy hearty meal. Cooking times are really finikcy, my fish was a little overcooked. Will cut cooking time next time I make. - 9/3/08

I've made this tons of times, and we love it! Fish can be thawed out within minutes by soaking in hot water, so this requires no extra planning. I always keep these ingredients on hand as my back-up plan. YUM! - 4/21/09

I used chopped fresh basil instead of dried, & garlic powder instead of onion powder.Obviously there are tons of small ways to vary this recipe, but the bottom line is that it's SCRUMPTIOUS! - 8/23/09

this turned out wonderful! Only changes I made, like others, was 1/2 the butter and low fat mayo. - 3/15/09

Tilapia is a very light and flaky fish. Do not overcook! - 8/24/09

This recipe was very delicious. I don't like to cook fish in the house, so I grilled it in tin foil and then broiled the top. I used fat free mayo, and next time, I'd use a little less butter. Overall, it was really good. - 2/2/08

Great easy recipe. I'm always looking for ways to serve fish. I used dijon mustard in place of the butter and the mayo and tweaked the seasonings a bit and it turned out great. - 8/10/09

Loved it! I did change the mayo to fat free and used less butter but it was still wonderful. I changed my daughter's mind on tilapia. - 3/19/09

I hate to cook but I loved this recipe. It was super easy to make and done so fast my broccoli wasn't quite ready! My son, who doesn't care for fish, ate seconds. The fish was eaten as fast it was cooked. Easy clean up too... one bowl and toss out the foil! - 12/29/09

I will DEFINITELY be making this one again and again. I used old bay in place of the seasoning called for in the recipe and it turned out wonderful. Fast, Easy and Delicious. - 3/19/09
  • SPRSWTFATCHICK
Delicious-I used miracle whipped light instead of real mayo which made it a little too sweet. Next time I'll follow the recipe to the t. It was awesome. - 3/29/09

Yeah I got this recipe from another website...allrecipe? Not too sure, but I suggest changing a few things. I.e. celery seed instead of celery salt, don't add the lemon juice or 1/2 it, double the pepper and add 1/4c. of bread crumbs. - 1/30/09

Excellent. The cooking directions were specific, sauce was light but creamy, and the entire family gave it a thumbs up! - 2/6/10

I tried it for dinner tonight and it tasted so yummy. Used less butter and I used Lt. Mayo which cut some of the calories. My husband wanted seconds, and there were none to have. This is a diffenit wonderful recipe. - 4/10/09

Great! I am going to try it on shrimp next, try a faux scampi. - 9/1/09

This was delicious. I used Pickeral instead of Tilapia. I liked it because it contained ingredients that I had in the pantry. No special ingredients. - 3/20/09

I made this tonight and loved it!! I didn't change anything in the recipe. My family thought it was great! It gave our usual "fish" dinner a little elegance :) - 3/19/09

This recipe is all that the author said it would be--quick to prepare and cook, and is delicious. I don't think I can say more than the other reviewers; this one is a definite keeper! - 3/19/09
