Ingredients
Any type of nonfat Yogurt would work. I choose vanilla for the flavor.Milk 1% or skimTriple Berrys, frozen, or add your favorite fruit.6 oz NonFat Light yogurt1/3 cup Skim Milk1/3 Cup berries
Directions
I use a personal blender similar to the "magic bullet" for mine. It takes approx 3 minutes to put items in the mixing cup and about 2-3 minutes to blend. I then pour it into a cup and enjoy.
