Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    lasagna noodles
    ground turkey
    italian seasoning
    spaghetti sauce
    water
    cottage cheese
    shredded colby jack cheese

Directions

Break noodles. Place 1/2 in the bottom of a greased crockpot. Brown meat, stir in seasonings. Spread 1/2 over noodles. Layer 1/2 sauce and water, 1/2 of cottage cheese and colby jack cheese over beef. Repeat layers. Cover. Cook on low for 5 hours of high for 2 1/2-3 hours.--may take less, beware it does start to burn
