By Todd Wilbur - Top Secret Recipes. Can't say if it matches the real thing since been so long since had it but this is HOT - I upped his original recipe from 3/4 tsp to 1 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper so lower amount for less heat. Ingredients

    5 teaspoons powdered cheese
    1 teaspoon water
    1 teaspoon white vinegar
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Tips

1st time I made it to his directions - came out a bit grainy - can't tell when used as a topping really though. Next time try to do all ingredients to form paste then blend with mayo.


Directions

1. Whisk water and vinegar into powdered cheese in a medium bowl until a paste is formed.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover, and chill for several hours or over night to let the flavors blend.
