1. 1 cup mixed salad greens
2. 1 whole avocado, w/o skin or seed
3. 15 medium-sized baby carrots, raw, chopped
4. 1 cup fresh mushrooms, pieces or slices
5. 1 cup sliced Cheddar cheese, cut into pieces
Directions
1. Take 1 cup of mixed salad greens, and put them in a small bowl.
2. Skin avocado, slice in half, remove seed, and cut into chunks. Add to bowl.
3.Cut up baby carrots, mushrooms, and Cheddar cheese. Add to bowl. Mix everything together.
