I made this and it was delicious! I did add some garlic powder, parsley, S&P to the breading mixture. My only questions are-what size fillet is this recipe for? I guessed a 4 oz., anyone know for sure? And, my fish was a little wet, any ideas on how to fix that? Either way though, awesome recipe! - 1/20/09

Good! I skipped the butter and sprayed the fish with cooking spray instead, so the topping was probably crispier than the original, but the flavor was good! I will make again. Quick and easy! - 1/7/13

Quick and yummy. When it came out of the oven I squeezed some lime juice over it and topped it with cilantro. - 1/27/10

I absolutely love this recipe! I am an ex-nonfish eater. I have learned to tolerate it, then I learned to like it. This recipe though - this recipe made me love it! - 3/22/08

Tried this last night and the whole family liked it. I skipped the butte and lightly sprayed with pam, also added some panko for crunch. Fast, easy and delicious. - 6/16/15
