Ingredients

    1 c Peter Pan Peanut Butter, No Sugar Added
    1 pkg Health Wise Oatmeal, Maple Brown Sugar
    1 scoop Lean Dessert Protein, Whipped Vanilla Cream
    1/8 c Benefiber
    1/8 c Splenda
    1 oz Pecans, chopped

Directions

Heat peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add protein powder, oatmeal, benefiber, splenda, and pecans. Stir until well blended. Drop tablespoons full into container and store in refrigerator. Makes 16.
