Ingredients

    2 tbsp. cilantro (finely chopped)
    1 tbsp. onion (finely chopped)
    1 avocado
    1 cup green peas
    2 tsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. worcester sauce
    Dash of tobasco sauce (more if you like it hotter)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper (to taste)
    1 cup chopped tomato

Directions

Use an immersion blender to blend ingredients, leaving it "chunky"

Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve with veggies or chips.
