Introduction

This is amazing on a chilly Saturday morning. This is amazing on a chilly Saturday morning.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
    1/2 c packed brown sugar
    1/2 c fresh blueberries
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 c nonfat milk
    1/4 c sugar-free vanilla creamer
    3/4 c water
    1/2 c applesauce
    2 tbsp Butter spray
    1 egg beaten

Directions

Preheat over to 375.

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. In separate bowl, mix milk, water, creamer, applesauce, butter and egg. Add to oat mixture and mix together.

Pour into greased 8-inch pan or 9-inch cake pan. Cook 20-45 minutes, until top is lightly brown and blueberries have started "bleeding".

Serve warm, in a bowl with milk or extra creamer to taste.
