Ingredients

2 cups rice flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup soy flour
1 cup corn flour (not cornstarch)
1 cup arrowroot flour
1 cup corn starch
1 cup potato starch (not flour)
1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, whisking well. Store in Ziploc bags or sealed plastic containers.
