Ingredients

    2 C Whole Grain Oats
    1 C Whole Wheat Flour (Whole wheat or whole pastry flour is best)
    1/3 C Sucanat
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 tsp sea salt
    1/3 C Organic raw Honey
    1/2 C Coconut Oil, melted
    1 Egg, beaten
    1 tsp Vanilla (Almond) extract
    1/3 C chopped almonds
    3/4 C Chopped raisins (or 1/2 raisins, 1/2 black currants)
    4 T PB2

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix wet ingredients together and add dry ingredients. Mix mixture well with your hands. You may need to add water to get the mix sticking together. Spray 9X13 inch pan and press mixture -evenly into pan. Bake for 27-33 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and cut into bars.
