Ingredients

    fresh parsely chopped 2 c
    2 plum tomatoes chopped
    1/2 c diced mild sweet onion (like Vidalia)
    1/2 c low fat feta cheese crumbled
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1tbsp olive oil
    juice of one lime (or 2 key limes)

    I can fava beans partially drained
    2 tsp ground cumin

Directions

heat on stove Fava beans and 2tsp cumin

Toss salas ingredients together in a bowl

Serve a scoop each of beans and salad. Eat with whole wheat pita.
