Introduction
This recipe was taken from another member - I just altered it to make 12 instead of 15! This recipe was taken from another member - I just altered it to make 12 instead of 15!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup heavy cut oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup raw almonds (slivered & toasted is nice)
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water
Directions
Heat oven to 350
1. Whir the 2C oats in a food processor until you have fine 'oat flour. Blend this with all other dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add wet ingredients and stir.
3. Spray a 8x8 or similar pan with spray and press granola in. It works very well to use a 12 cup muffin tin. Each cup gets a scant 2T of mixture. If using a large pan, cut mixture into 12 bars.
4. Bake for around 30 minutes or until browned. Cut bars again while hot then allow to cool slightly before unmolding.
