Introduction

This recipe makes four servings of delicious green tea frozen yogurt that is literally just that... yogurt that's been frozen. It's delicious (if you like yogurt to begin with) and so healthy that I ate it for breakfast this morning with a cup of fresh mixed berries and some fresh mint and feel no guilt. Imagine that, ice cream for breakfast! :) One half cup is a big enough serving when combined with yummy berries or mango, but feel free to have more a whole cup is only 200 calories and still has no fat!! :) This recipe makes four servings of delicious green tea frozen yogurt that is literally just that... yogurt that's been frozen.
