Ingredients

    1/3 cup Rogers porridge oats
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
    1 tbsp carob chips (or chocolate chips)
    1.5 tbsp chocolate almond butter
    1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together; add wet ingredients and combine. Should look like oatmeal cookie dough. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.

Makes one serving.
