Ingredients

3/4-1 lb, thin, top sirloin strips
1 cup mushroom
1/2 onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 cup broccoli
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry or rice wine vinegar
green onions, scallions
sriracha
serve with rice
Directions
Serving Size: 4 servings
Slice or cut top sirloin into 1/2 in strips. Mix with sesame oil, soy sauce, 1 clove garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl and set aside for 20 mins. In the meantime, chop, dice and mince all the produce.
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and pour in the marinated beef. Cook on med high heat until all the beef is browned. Place the beef on a plate covered with paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
Put the remaining produce into the skillet where the beef was cooked in. Add the sherry and scrape the bits off the bottom on the skillet. Pour the oyster sauce, into the pan and cover the skillet for 10-12 mins.
Bring the beef back into the skillet and let it warm throughout. Serve on top of brown rice and sprinkle chopped scallions over the top.
Add sriracha (red chili sauce) to taste. Enjoy!
