Ingredients

1 Bag of Caramels (45 Pieces)
5 Tbsp. of Whipping Cream
1 Cup Of Flour
1 Cup Of Rolled Oats
0.75 Cups Of Brown Sugar
0.5 Tsp. Of Baking Soda
Pinch Of Salt
0.75 Cups of Butter
1.5 Cups of Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Slowly melt caramels and cream in large saucepan over a low heat while mixing other ingrediants.
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda. Stir in melted butter. Press half of the mixture into an ungreased 9-13" pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips and melted caramel over mixture. Sprinkle remaining mixture over the chocolate and caramel. Bake for another 12 minutes. Remove, cool, cut and enjoy.
