    1 cup sliced green beans
    1 chopped tomato
    1 chopped small onion
    3 smashed garlic gloves
    3 tbsp Coriander leaf fresh
    2 tbsp olive oil
    salt
    2 cups of water

Tips

eaten cold with green pepper


Directions

put the tomato in hot water for few minutes then peel the skin off
add olive oil with onions foe 5 min then add beans,leave on medium heat for an hour
add the chopped tomato ,garlic,coriander ,water
leave until its done
