Ingredients

4 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein (1 carb per serving)
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1-1/4 tsp Glucomannan Powder
    1/4 tsp Seasalt
    1 tsp Cream of Tartar
    6 large Eggs
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract (real)
3/4 cup Low Carb Milk (3 carbs per 8 oz)
    2 tbsp Sucralose (or Splenda)
2 droppers full of Liquid Stevia

Tips

Great when blueberries or strawberries added! I like to cut up my fresh fruit, sprinkle with Splenda and allow to marinate about half a day before adding to the AFC.

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F. Sift protein powder, baking powder, glucomannan powder and seasalt and set aside. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks, sweetener and vanilla together. Beat in the milk and then beat in the dry ingredients.

Carefully fold into egg whites and then spoon into a prepared Bundt pan (may spray with butter flavor). Bake for 45 minutes. Take out and allow to cool for 10 minutes before inverting and removing.
